At Vintage Culture, we want you to love your timeless finds; if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with vintage-inspired tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
